L’Entité 2, au nom de la Table de concertation francophone de Waterloo Wellington Guelph (WWG), cherche à embaucher un(e) stagiaire) dans le but d’appuyer les activités de la table de concertation francophone WWG.
La table de concertation francophone WWG est composée de membres représentants d’organismes et de fournisseurs de services francophones desservant WWG, ainsi que de membres indépendants de la région Waterloo Wellington Guelph. La Table amplifie l’apport de ses membres en vue de promouvoir le français dans la région, encourage le réseautage et l’engagement de ses membres en cherchant à développer des ressources pour le bénéfice de la communauté francophone et francophile de la région de WWG.
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un.e agent.e de soutien afin d’appuyer les activités de la Table WWG et d’assurer le suivi et l’appui aux communications. Une période d’apprentissage sera appuyée par des membres de la Table.
Veuillez noter que ce stage est possible en partenariat avec Lutherwood, Services d’emploi, sous le programme de services d'orientation professionnelle pour les nouveaux arrivants et Emploi Ontario.
Exigences et qualifications:

Un diplôme collégial ou universitaire dans le domaine des communications, planification d’événements, marketing, journalisme, médias, administration des affaires, ou toute autre domaine similaire, ou expérience dans un de ces domaines;

La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais écrits et parlés est impérative;

Une bonne connaissance de l'étiquette et des meilleures pratiques actuelles en matière de médias sociaux et de communication;

Une connaissance des organismes/ressources francophones qui existent dans la région est un atout;

Une connaissance des médias et des sites francophones de la région et/ou de la province est un atout;

Une connaissance de Wordpress est un atout; et
-
Expérience de bénévolat ou de travail pour une organisation francophone est un atout.

COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

Entité2, in partnership with the WWG Francophone Working Table, is seeking to hire an intern to support its activities as a member of the WWG Francophone Table.
The WWG Francophone Table is composed of several members representing Francophone organizations and service providers as well as engaged community members from the Francophone community in the Waterloo-Wellington-Guelph region. Our Francophone and Francophile members seek to encourage networking and visibility within the region, and to develop activities, events, and resources to better serve the Francophone and Francophile population of the region.
This position will handle the coordination of the Table and its activities and support all communications exercises (including social media) on behalf of the Table.
The successful candidate is required to register with Lutherwood Employment Services of Guelph prior to the start of the internship. This process can be done through virtual means.
Requirements and Qualifications:

College degree or university degree in communications, event planning, marketing, journalism, media, business administration, or another similar field.

Fluency in written and spoken French and English is imperative.

Knowledge of current social media and communications etiquette and best practices.

Knowledge of Francophone organizations/resources in the region would be an asset.
